Persons coming directly from the countries and / or regions of the European Union or the countries and / or regions of the Schengen area and the countries associated to the Schengen area, for urgent and immediate repair / rehabilitation of vessels, will be allowed to enter the Republic of Croatia without a negative PCR test. SARS-CoV-2.
In the case of persons coming from third countries, also for urgent and immediate repair / rehabilitation of vessels, and not staying in the Republic of Croatia for more than 12 hours, the same will allow entry into the Republic of Croatia without a negative PCR test on SARS-CoV -2. If third-country nationals plan to stay longer than 12 hours, they will be allowed to enter the Republic of Croatia if they have a negative PCR test for SARS-CoV-2.
In both cases, upon arrival at the border crossing, such persons must present appropriate documentation confirming the need for immediate arrival in the Republic of Croatia to eliminate the consequences of accidents, damage, breakdown on anchored vessels or dry-water vessels and documentation confirming ownership, charter or the right to use the vessel.
Regular maintenance of the vessel is not considered an urgent reason for which entry into the Republic of Croatia would be granted at the moment.
Please note that these are measures that are currently prescribed and are valid until February 15, 2021.
